Can i track the delivery of my order?

Your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you.

You will recieve a shipping confirmation email from us, once your order is on its way.

What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?

Someone needs to be in when your parcel is due to be delivered as we require a signature.

If you are not in when a delivery is attempted our carrier will leave a card advising how to arrange a re - delivery or where you can pick up your parcel.

Can I have my parcel redirected to a different address?

For security we aren't able to change the address your order is being sent to.

What Is Your Returns Policy?

We hope you love everything you buy from Classy Closet.

We promise a full refund if returned within 14 days.

Refunds are for the amount paid for the item and NOT the postage cost - NO free returns.

The item must be returned in the same condition you recieved it and within the 14 days as shown on your dispatch note.

Items need to be returned recorded delivery.

Once we recieve your item, we will inspect it and refund you using your original method of payment.
